Our Vision
To build a vibrant and united Hindu community to nurture and preserve Hindu Dharma, culture, and traditions in Australia, while fostering unity, spiritual growth, community wellbeing and contribute to the greater good of humanity.
Our Mission
The association’s mission is to unite Australian-born and migrant Hindus, promoting unity for the greater good of Australia and humanity. It upholds
cultural nationalism, aligning Sanatan traditions with Australia’s multicultural values. By empowering youth through service (SEWA) and cultural initiatives, it encourages active community participation. The group also works to preserve and share Australian heritage, enhancing Australia’s diversity. Ultimately, we aim to nurture selfless, values-driven leaders who will shape a stronger, more harmonious Australia.
What We Are
Australian Hindu Community Inc.is a volunteer driven organisation with committed volunteers who have served the community for the last 15 to 20 years through various social, cultural and SEVA (Service) Initiatives. The organisation promotes education rooted in Vedic wisdom to inspire awareness, ethical living, and personal awakening. It honours Australia’s national identity and cultural diversity by fostering unity, cultural pride, and mutual respect. Through community engagement and selfless service, the organisation works to strengthen identity, peace, and social harmony, guided by compassion, responsibility, and a commitment to the greater good of humanity.
Australian Hindu Community Inc. is supported by a strong volunteer base of over 120 dedicated volunteers working in small teams. It actively seeks to unite all Hindu and Indian organisations by promoting Sanatan culture through regional languages representing various Bharatiya states, as well as through collaboration with global Hindu and Sanatan organisations
